**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at PRBB Trailers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the KwaZulu-Natal Province by securing orders from various leads and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial trailer sales and a proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently. You will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with our company's products and services.
  • Generate new business by prospecting and cold calling.
  • Ensure we remain top of mind as the preferred trailer supplier for our customers, opportunities, and leads.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with potential and existing customers by meeting with them regularly to profile their needs and requirements.
  • Actively pursue leads and opportunities as high priority.
  • Persuasively engage and assist the customer in conversation about our products.
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers accurately and timeously.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity goals aligned with our sales process (90-day contact cycle) and report on sales performance regularly.
