Business Development Representative

At TIHSA, we are on the lookout for a Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new relationships with customers and growing our business.
Job Responsibilities- Customer Relationships: Make calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships or as a first point of contact.
- Needs Clarification: Interview the customer to clarify their requirements, assist in conducting interviews to collect client requirements, and make detailed notes.
- Sell Customer Propositions: Identify products or services that meet customer needs, explain the selection, and invite the customer to make a purchase at standard price/terms and conditions of sale.
- Operational Compliance: Develop working knowledge of policies and procedures, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure work is undertaken to required standards.
- CRM Data: Schedule call backs and enter relevant information into CRM systems to create a call plan and ensure quality data for effective customer retention and business development activities.
- Performance Management: Prioritise workflow, complete work to required standards of productivity, quality, and timeliness, and use performance management systems to improve personal performance.
- Personal Capability Building: Keep abreast with current changes in internal policies and procedures, external regulations, and track formal assessments.
- Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
