**Job Overview:**

The role of a Financial Planner is to provide insightful financial management and reporting that enables informed business decision making. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager to gather and validate information, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure strong financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting in a standardised format
  • Coordinate and facilitate strong financial performance through detailed business analytics and insights
  • Complete the budget process through to approval, prepare original budgets, five-year plans, and estimates
  • Distribute budget worksheets and relevant information, prepare budget schedules
  • Support the Finance Manager to compile and present budgets and capital submissions
  • Review phasing of all budgets versus actual expenditure and assist budget holders with queries

**Requirements:**

  • Grade 12 Certificate (or Equivalent)
  • Tertiary Qualification in Accountancy / Business Administration / Equivalent
  • Added Advantage: CIMA / ACCA / CA Certification
  • 3 - 5 years working experience in a Finance environment
