  • Project Management:

    • Ensure projects adhere to the Project Management Methodology, standards, and business strategy.
    • Support the Programme Manager and Head of PMO as needed.
  • Financial Management:
    • Own and maintain the project budget, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.
    • Develop financial plans and forecasts for project budgeting and resource allocation.
    • Optimize costs to keep project delivery within budget.
    • Manage procurement processes, including obtaining quotes, placing orders, and ensuring timely invoice payments.
    • Monitor and report on budgets across projects to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
    • Provide financial oversight and contribute to budget planning for Value Engineering (VE) projects.
    • Monitor and manage expenditures, addressing any budget variances.
    • Contribute to the definition and implementation of financial controls and decision-making processes.
    • Analyze expenditures, explain variances, and advise on budget options.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Management, Project Management, or IT
  • Project Management qualifications (Required)
  • Agile Certification/Qualifications (Advantageous)
  • A minimum of 8 -10 years project management
  • Broadcast industry experience
  • Knowledge of the OTT/VOD/SVOD environment
  • Advanced understanding of systems design and solution architecture
  • Project Management (PMBOK/Prince2/Agile)
