Job Summary

HR Genie is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide proactive and efficient administrative support to the Faculty of Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general secretarial support and assisting in performing general administrative functions for the benefit of the Faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective administrative and secretarial support to the Faculty, including:
    • Managing and accurately capturing marks on the ITS system
    • Performing financial administration functions and making travel and accommodation arrangements (local and international)
    • Handling internal and external public relations and liaison
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Matric (Grade 12) and at least three years of relevant and/or working experience in which competency has been gained.
