This comprehensive role involves monitoring and maintaining fleet in good operating condition, ensuring efficient and cost-effective administration, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to fleet management regulations.

The successful candidate will have expertise in fleet management, logistics, and supply chain, preferably with tertiary qualifications. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in fleet management, including responsibility for a large fleet and office management with multiple employees, is required.

The key deliverables of this role include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining fleet in good operating condition
  • Ensuring efficient and cost-effective administration
  • Vehicle maintenance and adherence to fleet management regulations

The overall responsibility of managing the Facilities function holistically consists of managing Landlord contractual roles and responsibilities which consist of cleaning, consumables, security, canteen, maintenance services, and facility contractor services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fleet management logistics and policy formulation, review, and deployment
  • SLA management with appointed Fleet Management Provider
  • Management of all fleet-related services, including Lease contracts, tracking system, fuel card, maintenance adjudication, and administrative processes
  • Accident management, licensing, and traffic fine management
  • Roadside assistance and fraud management
  • Project management related to Fleet and related services
  • Monitoring of maintenance and approval of costs of tyres and general maintenance
  • Monthly submission of new joiners, leavers, pool, and allowance vehicles
