Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Administrative Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to an insurance professional, handling customer inquiries, and managing schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure smooth application processing.
- Track and oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to policy issuance.
- Manage schedules, notify the assistant team of new sales, complete necessary documentation, and submit applications to underwriting.
- Provide technical assistance with PowerPoint presentations and other computer-based tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in insurance administration (life and health insurance preferred).
- Strong technical proficiency, including expertise in PowerPoint and office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
