Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Associate to streamline processes, manage marketing technology, and ensure data accuracy for efficient campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, including planning and execution of marketing events and webinars, and support for lead generation and nurturing activities.
  • Manage marketing technology platforms and tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across marketing systems, and maintaining and optimizing marketing automation systems and CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs, analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing documentation, managing marketing asset libraries and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations or related role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
