Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Foreman at Sp-int, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. This includes overseeing the maintenance of equipment, managing maintenance schedules, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of equipment, including steel plate benders, welding machines, electrical drilling, guillotine, and lathes.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address maintenance needs in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
