Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Foreman to join our team at Sp-int. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, including steel plate benders, welding machines, electrical drilling, guillotines, and lathes.
  • Facilities Management: Manage the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including factory and workshop areas.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with factory and workshop teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of maintenance personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance and repair. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Education: Relevant trade or technical qualification.
