Pest Control Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Representative for Environmental Services, you will conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective commercial clients in need of pest control and bird control solutions. You will research and identify potential business leads using various channels and qualify leads to understand their needs and align them with AIM Environmental's services. You will present and sell AIM Environmental's range of services to businesses, explaining the benefits and value propositions. To be successful in this role, you must build and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets. You will also schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments for the field sales team where required. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates. Finally, you must stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights during client interactions.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or a business development role is required. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships quickly are essential. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously, are also required. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets is necessary. Experience working with CRM systems to track and manage client interactions is also required. The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team is essential. Basic knowledge of pest control and bird control services is an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided.
