We are seeking a skilled Luxury Estate Manager to join our team at Top Recruitment (Pty) Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our luxury estate in Richmond, KZN. This is a live-in position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:- Manage events and functions on the estate
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and promote the estate
- Oversee administration and day-to-day operations
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and upkeep
- Manage kitchen operations and ensure exceptional food quality
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service
- A minimum of Grade 12
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to relocate to Richmond, KZN
The salary for this position is between R15,000 and R20,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
