Learning and Organizational Change Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at MECS Africa. This is a challenging opportunity for a result-driven professional who wants to drive employee growth and development in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement L&D Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive L&D plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Plan and Deliver Training Programs: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees at all levels, from entry-level to senior management.
- Leverage Technology for Seamless Learning: Utilize e-learning, mobile learning, and other digital tools to create a seamless learning experience for employees.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Partner with experts to develop relevant, fit-for-purpose e-learning programs that address critical business skills.
- Build Strategic Networks: Establish relationships with thought leaders and subject matter experts through social media and conferences to stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in L&D.
- Oversee HR Functions: Manage HR functions, including Career Management, Performance Management, Employment Equity, and Bursaries.
- Design Performance Management Frameworks: Develop standards and policies for Performance Management, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- B Com Degree in Business Management or Human Resources;
- Honours Degree in Business Management or Human Resources;
- Registration with SABPP would be advantageous;
- At least 5-8 years of experience as an HR/Learning and Development Manager with proven exposure and experience at a Senior Level;
- 2-3 years' experience in Digital Learning Solutions and e-learning platforms;
- Solid knowledge and experience of SETA requirements, particularly MERSETA/W&RSETA;
- Sound understanding of Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports;
- Knowledge and experience in BBBEE scorecard perspective and compilation thereof specifically pertaining to Skills Development;
- Experience with running accredited programs;
- Experience with onsite Training academy management would be an added advantage;
