Customer Service Team Leader

Telebest is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends.
