Sales Executive New Vehicles - Job Description

About the Role

The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for Hyundai Automotive South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving set sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  3. Manage customer expectations to ensure timely delivery of services.
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and growth areas.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Minimum Grade 12.
  2. 3 years sales executive experience.
  3. A Code 8 Driver's Licence is vital.
  4. Computer literacy.
  5. Proven track record of meeting regular monthly targets.

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  4. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
