About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Industry Supervisor to lead our butchery operations in East London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service, and driving sales growth.

About the JobJob Summary

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, which may be adjusted based on your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain stock levels, place orders, and ensure fresh products are available.
  2. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and maintain a clean workstation.
  3. Handle customer complaints and recommendations, and respond to customer requests.
  4. Teach employees proper packaging techniques.
  5. Help maintain product quality and ensure accurate product labelling and pricing.
  6. Consult with sales managers to increase sales.
  7. Supervise and train administrative staff.
  8. Manage time effectively to stay on top of orders.
  9. Understand retail pricing and analysis.
  10. Operate specialized butcher's machinery.
  11. Weigh products.
