About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in card payments operations, technical expertise, and the ability to drive operational improvements and represent card operations with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine card payment processes to ensure they are effective and user-friendly for clients.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary representative for card operations, engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns or opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Management.
  • 5 years general operational experience in a card / payment operations environment.
  • Previous leadership / ownership experience.
  • Proven experience of using influence and relationships to drive and achieve objectives.
