Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Financial Advisor to attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling our company's products and providing exceptional after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Engage with prospective clients to highlight the features and benefits of our products based on their financial wellness needs.
  • Sell products in line with client needs by conducting affordability analysis to achieve their financial goals.
  • Provide financial advice on tax and legal implications of products and changes.

Client Service

  • Investigate client queries within agreed service levels and ensure timely feedback.
  • Escalate client queries to relevant departments or stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate information and advice to clients and stakeholders.

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients.

Professional Development

  • Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Enhance expertise in professional, industry, and legislation knowledge.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in a financial advice rendering role.
  • 1-3 years' experience in the financial services industry.
  • Degree in Financial Planning, Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent qualification.
