Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and at least 8 years of diverse communications experience in complex organisational-systemic contexts. They will also have a proven track record of driving effective social behaviour-change communications campaigns and experience tracking and analysing the intended and unintended effects of communications.

Our Expectations
We expect the successful candidate to be able to see the big picture and work effectively amid complexity, while demonstrating a clear evidence of curiosity and appetite for feedback. They will also need to have an ability to drive to succeed, excellent at building quality, trusting relationships, and commitment to SmartStart's purpose and social justice internationally.

Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record using communications, brand, and social network influence to transform social norms and so behaviours.
