Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the maintenance and support of technology infrastructure within the organization. This includes managing infrastructure maintenance to ensure maximum application availability and minimal disruption, providing leadership in support and maintenance of core systems, and maintaining a secure technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the technology infrastructure maintenance & support strategy.
  • Provide leadership in the planning and management of technology infrastructure maintenance and support services.
  • Ensure procured equipment meets end-user requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise to maintenance and support programs.
  • Ensure system performance and SLAs are met.
  • Develop and implement initiatives for effective support of technical service delivery.
  • Evaluate and enhance current policies and procedures.
  • Manage maintenance and support contracts to ensure high performance.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and implement solutions for effective service delivery.
  • Manage and negotiate relevant contracts to support service delivery.
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements: B. Eng /BSc in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) /B-degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or related field. Post graduate degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology / Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Leadership/management qualification is an advantage.

Personal Attributes: High level of drive and determination, energy, and organizational skills.

Knowledge Required: Knowledge of cloud technologies, service management frameworks, and ICAO regulations.
