Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
  2. Manage client relationships and coordinate logistics
  3. Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
  4. Prepare quotations and proposals for new business opportunities
  5. Conduct market research and identify new business prospects
Requirements:
  1. Matriculation certificate
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  3. CRM system experience (ZOHO and Xero advantageous)
