Job Description
The role of Lead Financial Analyst requires an experienced professional to oversee the financial operations of our client's agri-business. This includes ensuring adherence to accounting principles and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting crucial financial reporting, tax submissions, and audit processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, accompanied by 3-5 years of relevant experience. Certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is highly advantageous. Proficiency in accounting software like SAP or Oracle, along with advanced Excel skills, is also essential.
