We seek a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to join our Performance Creative team, reporting directly to the Creative Director, Performance Creative. In this role, you will develop performance-driven work for digital channels, focusing on branding consistency.
- Conceptualize and execute on-brand creative activations based on strategic thinking, ensuring effective messaging across channels.
- Work closely with teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and meet client objectives.
- Maintain brand continuity, adhering to guidelines and positioning.
- Apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to deliver impactful work.
- Create engaging content tailored to unique audiences.
- Leverage technology to address business challenges, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and implement best practices in digital environments.
- Present work both internally and to clients, building strong relationships.
- Exhibit a natural passion for writing, storytelling, and word-craft.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting for creative advertising and performance creative.
- A seasoned individual or part of a well-established Creative Team (Senior Art Director + Senior Copywriter).
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience accepted.
- Experience working with nuances and requirements of writing for Direct Mail, Online Display, Email, Social, and Digital Experiences including video.
- Familiarity with web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods.
- Proven experience in brand development.
