The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. Key duties include:
- Providing Reception Services: Receive, direct, and relay telephone messages and fax messages as required. Maintain a professional image and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.
- Maintaining Filing Systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date filing systems for customer sales and correspondence. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Performing Clerical Duties: Process and invoice customer orders, maintain a current and accurate filing system for customer data base and orders, and coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
- Supporting Management: Provide word-processing and secretarial support, respond to public inquiries, and refer them to appropriate staff. Assist management, representatives, trainers, and other staff as requested.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1 year of experience performing duties related to office or clerical support to take their career to the next level. If you have a high school diploma, computer training in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, and are looking for a new challenge, please apply.
