  • Technical Operations: Ensure smooth operation of our clients' IT environments by providing end-to-end managed service and IT support, encompassing infrastructure maintenance, remediation, and proactive incident prevention.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical knowledge across several technologies, including Microsoft Client/Server Operating Systems, Endpoint Platform/Device Management (Intune/SCCM), MD-102 Qualification or similar, Application Delivery Solutions (Citrix, RDS, AVD), and Microsoft M365 Administration.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and teams, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Training & Development: Participate in regular technical training sessions on Intune and Citrix, enhancing personal expertise and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
