Residential Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Residential Clerk to join our team at Global Vehicle Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient in eNatis and able to work with a team to ensure seamless vehicle testing processes.
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and responsible, with excellent communication skills to interact with dealers and customers.
• Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to new programs and technologies used by the company.
• Must be able to conduct themselves professionally and in a friendly manner, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to reconcile accounts, send monthly reports to Head Office, and liaise with dealers and customers.
• Must be able to direct drivers to required locations, handle customer queries, and perform daily cash-ups and reports.
• Must be composed and able to work according to Work Instructions as set out by the Department of Transport.
