**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Residential Clerk to join our team at Global Vehicle Testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle registration process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of vehicle registrations
• Provide exceptional customer service to dealers and customers
• Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly reports for Head Office
• Liaise with Head Office to resolve any issues or concerns
• Perform daily cash-ups and send daily reports to Head Office
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
