Job Description

As a Product Marketing Strategist at Four Point 0, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively communicate the value of our products to target audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute product marketing plans aligned with business objectives, resulting in successful product launches and strong market presence.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market, leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights for product development and marketing strategies.
  • Analyse market data and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams, creating marketing collateral, and managing promotional activities, resulting in successful product introductions.
  • Monitor and analyse launch performance to optimise future product introductions, driving continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the creation of product-related content, including brochures, white papers, case studies, and website copy, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels, resulting in a cohesive brand voice.
  • Work closely with product management, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and customer messaging, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sales enablement materials and training to support the sales team in effectively communicating product benefits, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reporting on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or related fields.
  • Certificate in marketing, business administration, or a related field will be beneficial.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing will be beneficial.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
