About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires significant experience in project management, agile coaching, and team leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and improve efficiencies at an organisational level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides mentorship to other agile team members
  • Supports multiple feature teams in complex products/sub-products up to domain level
  • Gives structure to workshops and meetings to facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
  • Assesses agile maturity of teams and organisations, coaching them to higher levels of maturity
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An IT degree and/or Agile Master Certified with 6+ years of project management experience
  • At least 10 years' experience in the IT/Software DevOps industry
  • Certifications such as SAFe Release Train Engineer (scaledagile.com)

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to manage technical teams using agile methodologies
  • Leadership skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • KPI monitoring and ITSM reporting/feedback
