iSanqa is a cutting-edge technology company that requires a highly skilled and experienced Agile Master to lead its Delivery Assurance team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The Agile Master will be responsible for providing mentorship to other Agile Masters, supporting multiple feature teams, and guiding the team on Agile/Scrum methodologies. They will also be involved in key initiatives such as facilitating workshops, meetings, and conflict resolution, as well as assessing agile maturity and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity.

• IT degree and/or Agile Master certification with 6+ years of project management experience
• At least 10 years' experience in the IT/Software DevOps industry
• Knowledge of scaled Agile models (e.g., SAFe, Nexus, LeSS)
• Excellent proficiency in the Agile tool chain (JIRA, Confluence, X-Ray, BitBucket)

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a technical team using Agile methodologies. They will also possess knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach.
