Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support the team. You'll be responsible for managing team dynamics, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts.
  • Project Management: You will have a deep understanding of Waterfall & Agile methodologies and frameworks such as PMBOK; Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. You'll be proficient in facilitating Agile ceremonies like daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: As the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders, you'll communicate project status, risks, and achievements clearly and consistently. You'll work with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize opportunities.
  • Translation of Analytics: You'll bridge the gap between business goals and advanced analytics possibilities. You'll define analytical use cases and translate business needs into data and analytical requirements. You'll ensure insights and recommendations from analytics are actionable and understandable.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: You'll continuously identify and implement improvements in project delivery processes. You'll encourage innovation and experimentation within teams to find new solutions. You'll develop and maintain a service delivery framework to guide project execution.
  • Quality Assurance and Risk Management: You'll ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. You'll proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges. You'll conduct audits to ensure data integrity, security, and governance.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Relevant qualifications such as PSM1 / CSM / A-CSM, PSPO1 / CSPO / A-CSPO, ICP, ICP-APM, PMBOK, or BABOK.
  • Extensive Experience: Proven track record in project management, business analysis, and Agile implementation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools. Experience with data management, software development, and analytics.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Strong leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support the team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to tackle complex problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work cohesively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Innovation and Adaptability: A creative and flexible mindset to drive continuous improvement and adapt to changing project requirements.
