Job Description
As a Chief Agile Transformation Officer at Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, you will lead the implementation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitate Lean-Agile programme execution in large solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Driving the adoption of SAFe 4 framework and implementing Agile Release Trains.
  • Facilitating Lean-Agile programme execution using the SAFe 4 framework.
  • Leading teams in delivering value through Agile frameworks.
  • Acting as a team buffer to protect teams from external interference.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A First Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in delivery facilitation, Agile transformation, and Lean-Agile programme execution.
  • Good understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and SCRUM proficiency.
