The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records of stock and transactions within a fast-paced catering retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks related to catering services, including operations and compliance.

CORE COMPETENCIES

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems.
  • Literacy skills.
  • Understanding of menu, prices, and specials.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health requirements.
  • Ability to handle food and hot beverages.
  • Organizational and detail-oriented skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have:
