Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

  • Manage and review reconciliations and monthly accounting processes to ensure financial integrity.
  • Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory returns (FSCA, Prudential Authority, Reserve Bank, SARS, NAMFISA).
Requirements:
  • Possess a CA (SA) qualification with 2 years' post-article experience.
  • Experience in the Financial Services or Short-Term Insurance industry is highly valued.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills with solid IFRS knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
  • Experience with accounting packages like Great Plains, SAP, or Accpac is beneficial.
