Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Effective and timely call handling to provide seamless customer experiences.
  • Ensuring work meets all quality standards and business productivity goals.
  • Identifying opportunities for continual improvement and embracing change.
  • Promoting general Lufthansa and Star Alliance information on required markets.
  • Handling flight reservation bookings, re-bookings, and re-routings with flexibility.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2 years Customer Service Experience in a Contact Centre and/or High-End Retail.
  • Grade 12/Matric /National Senior Certificate with passed subjects Mathematics; Geography and Tourism at a level 4 aggregate and/or Diploma in Tourism.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • Proven customer service and sales skills.
  • Good understanding of computer systems and standard software.
  • Availability and ability to work rotating shifts and public holidays.
