Job Title: Aviation Instructor - Flight Training

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to fill the position of a GR II RW Instructor at our Starlite Aviation Training Academy in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all duties relating to flying and ground instruction in accordance with the TPM.
  • Conduct instruction duties on the FNPT II Simulator.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company and SACAA policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety standards both on the ground and in the air.
  • Manage the performance and development of all students (flying and non-flying).

Requirements:

  • Holder of CPL (H) with a Gr II Instructor Rating.
  • Holder of a valid Instrument and Night Rating.
  • R22, R44, Cabri G2 Instructor Ratings (preferable).
  • Military background (advantageous).
