We are seeking an experienced Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at HR Supreme. As a key member of our café, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all patrons.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a genuine passion for coffee. Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

• Coffee Preparation
  • Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee drinks by following established recipes and techniques.
  • Maintain consistency and quality in each coffee preparation.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
• Customer Service
  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and making recommendations when necessary.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Cash Handling
  • Process payments accurately using the cash register.
  • Ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.
  • Follow company procedures for opening and closing the cash register.
• Product Knowledge
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and trends.
  • Provide information about coffee blends, preparation methods, and various products offered in the store.
• Inventory Management
  • Assist with ordering and restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low.
• Cleanliness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.
  • Ensure the work area is clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
• Teamwork
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the café.
  • Assist in training new employees when necessary.
• Compliance
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.

• Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
