Job Summary

Ten Group, a global luxury concierge service, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our travel department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our high-net-worth clients, providing personalized travel experiences that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver bespoke travel itineraries for luxury clients, including complex flight-inclusive journeys and high-end leisure experiences.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on travel options, destinations, and activities, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel requests, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and tailoring travel experiences to meet their individual needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destinations, and travel options, ensuring that clients receive the most current and relevant information.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling travel services.
  • Contribute to the development of new travel products and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our high-net-worth clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and native Arabic is required, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, preferably in a luxury travel or concierge service.
  • Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel options, and industry trends.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a 5-day work week, with the possibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements.
