With your expertise in horticulture and marine environments, you will help us create beautiful and functional green spaces that exceed our passengers' expectations.

About the Role
  • Design and implement plans for maintaining and improving the gardens and green spaces on our cruise ships.
  • Select and source plants, flowers, and other greenery that will thrive in the unique conditions of a cruise ship environment.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of all plants, including watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the gardens and green spaces are integrated seamlessly into the overall ship design and operations.

Requirements
  • A degree in Horticulture or a related field.
  • Proven experience in horticulture, preferably in a maritime or cruise ship setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
