JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled professional to assist with CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB, including reviewing FICA documentation and providing excellent service to branches and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To verify and update customers' FICA information accurately.
  • To ensure that all existing clients' FICA status is captured correctly.
  • To request confirmation of details from clients and update relevant systems.
  • To block accounts where ODD could not be concluded.
  • To assist branches with ODD queries.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum - Matric / Certificate in Banking or similar.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum experience of 1 year in a similar position.
  • Excellent understanding of FICA required.
  • Microsoft Office 365.

WORKING AT ARMSTRONG APPOINTMENTS

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Financial Services Operations Manager, you will work alternate Saturdays and must be a SA Citizen.
