At The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial activities of our front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately checking front office accounting records and summarizing information for the hotel's financial reports.
  • They will also track room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other key operating statistics to ensure the hotel's financial performance is optimized.
Requirements:
  • MATRIC or equivalent qualification
  • Hospitality-related qualification or similar experience
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with HMS systems (Protel/Mews an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
