Job Title: EPC Project Coordinator (Mechanical)

We are seeking a detail-oriented EPC Project Coordinator (Mechanical) to join our dynamic Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) team at Job Masters Pty Ltd. As an EPC Project Coordinator (Mechanical), you will provide administrative and logistical support to mechanical projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative and logistical support to mechanical projects.
  • Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitoring and control of project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Documentation and record-keeping for mechanical projects.

Project Coordination:

Risk Management:

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination within an EPC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Experience with project management software and tools (Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Familiarity with engineering standards and codes in South Africa.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
