The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in Unified Telecommunications and at least 3 years of experience in related IS Projects. In addition to technical skills, the candidate should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Support: Perform routine maintenance and support of the organisation's Converged Network and audio-visual infrastructure.
  • Design and Development: Coordinate and develop Converged Networks designs and design policies, strategies, architectures and technical documentation.
  • Incident Management: Execute incident management processes, logging and resolving calls logged on incident management system within SLA.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced Diploma (NQF Lev7) / Bachelor's degree Information Systems or Equivalent.
  • NEC Certification, Network, Microsoft Teams Telephony and CCNP will be an added advantage.

Minimum Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in Unified Telecommunications environment and related IS Projects.
