Education Infrastructure Project Manager

This is a key opportunity for a competent individual to join the Department of Infrastructure in the Western Cape Government. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of project administration, assurance and reporting, and ensuring that the Directorate: Education Infrastructure remains fully informed of developments.
The ideal candidate will possess an appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) and a minimum of 1 year relevant experience. They should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as proficiency in MS Office and other departmental information systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Timeous and accurate registration of all project information on the Project Management Information System.
- Establishing and maintaining project documentation libraries.
- Performing quality reviews and providing document management support.
- Assisting with technical user support and implementing new processes and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary package, including remuneration ranging from R308,154 - R362,994 per annum (Salary level 7), as well as service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees.
