Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical accounting expertise on IFRS matters.

  • Oversee financial management, including reporting, taxation, legal, risk, and compliance for statutory companies.
  • Manage audits of statutory companies and relationships with independent financial advisory businesses.
  • Provide financial insights, report on variances, and ensure governance and compliance at an operational level.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a financial manager role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Prior experience in consolidation and group reporting is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on meeting delivery timelines.
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Solid understanding of the financial services regulatory environment.
