- Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance technician skills and knowledge
- Workshop Operations
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of workshop equipment and tools
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Develop and implement processes to improve workshop efficiency and productivity
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty

**Requirements**
- 5 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role
- Diesel Trade Qualification
