Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Business Development Representative to join our team at Kärcher, the global leader in cleaning technology. As a Sales Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for selling our Home & Garden range to clients across the Kwa-Zulu Natal region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers.
  2. Drive the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Provide product demonstrations and technical support to showcase the capabilities of our machines.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activities.
  6. Tertiary education in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or similar) will be an advantage.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  9. Willingness to travel locally.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. Experience: 3+ years in a FMCG sales role, ideally in cleaning equipment.
  2. Communication Skills: Ability to maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  3. Customer-Focused: A proactive approach to identifying customer needs.
  4. Self-Motivated: Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
