**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at HR Genie. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and prioritization activities to ensure that our software products meet the required quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process to ensure that our quality assurance processes are efficient and effective.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in software testing, with a minimum of 4-7 years in a test analyst role.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Advanced certifications in software testing.
  • Experience with performance and security testing.

**Working Conditions:**

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication and teamwork abilities.
