Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payroll functions and ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has a solid understanding of payroll principles and a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in payroll administration. The successful candidate will have previous exposure to handling end-to-end payroll functions for large employee counts, proficiency in using MS Office applications and Sage Premier for efficient data management, as well as familiarity with Mibco regulations and compliance standards in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll functions, including salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
  • Data Management: Utilize MS Office applications and Sage Premier to efficiently manage payroll data.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Mibco regulations and compliance standards in the automotive industry.
