Key Responsibilities:
- Debtors Management: Track outstanding invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Creditors Management: Process payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely settlements.
- Financial Spreadsheets: Maintain and update spreadsheets for financial reporting and analysis.
- Balancing Accounts: Ensure accurate record-keeping and reconciliation of financial data.
- Banking Transactions: Assist with banking activities, deposits, and account monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.
